Sarah Wheeler was born in Dorset and has spent the last fifteen years of her life in Shaftesbury, where she has developed her lifelong passion of photography. The beautiful surroundings of the County have inspired her love of the countryside and enabled Sarah to express herself through her photographs.

Further expressing her love of photography, Sarah is constantly researching historical subject matter to bring classical work into her portfolio. She has recently discovered an important collection of glass slides taken by Thomas Nesbitt of Blandford Forum and the surrounding area in the early Twentieth Century, which she has used to produce a range of photographs and other items. She occasionally finds original vintage prints by other Victorian and Edwardian artists such as Mandel, from risqué to portraiture, which are also available to purchase.
